Counselling and direct matching
The project promotes individual and group sessions for migrants related to active job search. Sessions are focused on the identification of candidates’ competences, the CV writing, the Swedish labour market and job interviews.
After that, Randstad recruiters take care of offering job opportunities to migrants involved. The recruiter after each interview give a feedback to the migrant to make sure he/she learns from the mistakes.
The project offers educational digital courses to migrants. Those courses are fundamental to assist migrants in managing their migration more effectively by gaining increased understanding of local life and employment culture and enhanced personal skills.
The project promotes local events, focused on the trade unions representatives. The Swedish model is based on social dialog between the companies and trade unions: share the obstacles in the labour market and find solutions together.
Free services for companies
The project aims to realize many workshops to collect the best practices and lessons learned from the projects activities, the partner companies and Randstad representatives. The aim is to share experiences with the companies and build new practices.Find out more
